We are the Care Management Organization for Passaic County.  We partner with families to design, implement and monitor individual service plans for children with complex needs including behavioral, emotional and developmental disabilities.

The minimum requirements for all positions include Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, etc.), valid driver’s license and the ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate meeting with youth and families.

Supervisor positions require a Master’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice), a current and valid license, (LCSW or Licensed Counselor) and at least 2 years of post-Master’s degree supervisory experience.

 Care Manager Supervisor

The Care Manager Supervisor is responsible for developing, training and mentoring their team of Care Managers and Support Specialists in both the administrative tasks and hands-on work with the youth and families we serve.

To qualify for the position, you must have the following:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’  post-master’s supervisory experience.
  • Valid NJ License necessary for profession (LSW, LCSW, LPC, etc.)

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Care Manager Supervisor

Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director designs and implements HR strategy that aligns with the values and objectives of Circle of Care,  serves on the Leadership team and reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Serve as Compliance Officer
  • Oversee all HR processes programs and a staff of 2
  • Lead implementation of policies, processes and procedures, as well as provide policy interpretation
  • Identify, resolve and or/mitigate employee relations issues
  • Promote employee engagement and positive employee relations
  • Forecast staffing trends and provide guidance in succession planning
  • Manager HR expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Manager performance appraisal process
  • Identify training needs, design, develop and facilitate training as needed

Required experience and education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HRCI or SHRM certification
  • 5 years of exempt level human resources experience
  • Two years of experience in a managerial role
  • Two years of experience directly supervising staff

Quality Assurance/Information Technology Support Specialist

The role of the QA/IT Support Specialist is to provide hardware and software technical support to all Circle of Care staff.  The QA/IT Support Specialist also assists in implementing quality assurance and information technology performance improvements on behalf of Cicle of Care.

To qualify for the position, you must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years IT support experience
  • 1+ year managing Windows network
  • 1+ year experience with web app development technologies

 

Bi-lingual (English/Arabic) Care Manager 

The role of the Care Manager is to develop a Child Family Team (CFT) which includes the youth, caregiver, formal and informal supports.  The Care Manager will utilize the Family Vision, Crisis Plan, Strengths/Needs Assessment and Care Plans to wrap supports and services around the youth and family so they can succeed.  The CM will fulfill the goal of Circle of Care, which is to keep youth at home, in the community and in school while creating self-sufficiency.

To qualify for the position, you must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice) and a minimum of 1 year related experience

OR

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice)
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
