The mission of Circle of Care is to provide strength-based care management services for youth and families in Passaic County experiencing emotional, behavioral, developmental and substance use challenges. Through team collaboration, families build resilience to overcome barriers to their success.
Circle of Care (COC) has been the designated Care Management Organization (CMO) for Passaic County since 2005. It is one of 15 independent nonprofit organizations throughout the state of New Jersey that contract with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) under the Children’s System of Care (CSOC). In the agency’s 16+ years, COC has grown, adapted, and improved its services to meet the needs and challenges of Passaic County youth. Currently, COC serves over 850 youth across 10 teams.
Testimonial
“I have struggled getting the right people for years to figure out what was going on with my child. I found them at Circle of Care. Since the beginning of our journey my fight was their fight as if my child were their own. Circle of Care put a tremendous amount of time and effort into making sure my son got the proper care. We set goal after goal with success. Circle of Care has become a part of my family. I couldn’t imagine my son being where he is today without Circle of Care. I want to give thanks with great gratitude to those who have helped us along the way. Our lives have changed for the better. Our hearts are full of hope that they can help more children who are in the same circumstances we were in!! Thank you Circle of Care for bringing light to our home!”
